Fireproof Steel Rock Wool Sandwich Panel
This panel uses two layers of pre galvanized steel sheet as the face material. The core is high density rock wool. It achieves an A2 fireproof rating. ☆Standard packaging
Panels are stacked flat on steel pallets with interlayer kraft paper or foam sheets to prevent surface scratches.
☆Edge protection
Four corners and edges are reinforced with hard cardboard or plastic edge protectors.
☆Strapping
Heavy duty PET or steel straps are applied lengthwise and crosswise to secure the stack.
☆Container loading
Packaged panels are loaded into 20ft or 40ft containers upright or flat depending on panel length, with dunnage bags to prevent shifting during transit.
