Fireproof Steel Rock Wool Sandwich Panel
This panel uses two layers of pre galvanized steel sheet as the face material. The core is high density rock wool. It achieves an A2 fireproof rating. The rock wool provides excellent thermal insulation and sound absorption. The steel sheets add structural strength. ☆Container selection
20ft or 40ft high cube containers are typically used. 40ft containers are preferred for longer panels up to 11.8 meters.
☆Bottom protection
Plywood sheets or corrugated cardboard are placed on the container floor before loading to prevent moisture contact and steel damage.
☆Final check
The container door must close fully without forcing. Any gap at the door is filled with foam padding or additional dunnage bags.
