The cold storage board mainly uses polyethylene and polyphenylene as raw materials. In addition, there are polyurethane sandwich panel with the best performance. The density of the insulation material foamed by polyphenylene is thin and not enough for insulation. Generally, it is used in special equipment. Polyethylene is a good raw material. After a certain ratio, it can foam the insulation material with suitable density, good insulation effect and high bearing capacity. Polyurethane board is the best choice for relatively good heat preservation performance, no moisture absorption, but the price is slightly higher.

Cold storage plates are generally produced in advance by the manufacturer, with fixed length, width and thickness. High and medium temperature cold storage plates are generally 10cm thick, while low temperature and freezing storage plates are generally 12cm or 15cm thick. Therefore, if they are not the predetermined storage plates, attention should be paid to the density of the storage plates and the thickness of the steel plates. The thickness of the normal manufacturer's steel plates is generally less than 0.4mm. According to the standard, the foaming density of cold storage board is 38kg-40kg / m3.

Characteristics

Polyurethane cold storage panel takes light polyurethane as the core material of cold storage plate. The advantage of polyurethane is that its heat insulation performance is outstanding. The outer part of the panel is made of SII, PVC color steel sheet and stainless steel sheet. Specification for choice

According to metal materials:

a. Color steel plate: with strong anti rust ability, no anti-corrosion ability.

b. Stainless steel plate: high quality anticorrosive and antirust materials.

c. Aluminum plate: beautiful appearance, with certain anti rust and anti-corrosion ability

d. The above three kinds of cold storage plate materials can be combined arbitrarily.

According to the applicable temperature requirements of the cold storage, it can be divided into:

a. 50mm thick storage plate: suitable for partition wall of normal temperature workshop.

b. 100mm thick storage plate: suitable for fresh storage (- 5 ℃ above).

c. 150 mm thick storage plate: suitable for cold storage (- above 25 ℃).

d. 200 mm thick storage plate: suitable for quick-frozen storage (- above 35 ℃).

According to the thickness and color of surface materials:

a. The thickness of stainless steel is 0.5mm ~ 0.8mm without color requirements.

b. The thickness of color steel plate is 0.3mm ~ 0.7mm, PE PVDF HDP baking paint, ivory white, white ash and other colors.

c. There is no color requirement for 0.5mm aluminum plate.

According to the waveform:

a. Flat: the surface material is flat after forming.

b. Large ripple plate: the surface material is concave convex type after forming.

Selection of cold storage panel

Protective materials for cold storage panel

The protective materials of cold storage panel mainly include: embossed aluminum sheet, stainless steel sheet, color zinc steel sheet, salinized steel sheet and standard platform sheet. We usually use embossed aluminum sheet and stainless steel sheet more. Generally, the pre-produced cold storage plates have fixed length, width and thickness. For high and medium temperature cold storage, 10 cm thick plates are generally used, and 12 cm or 15 cm thick sheets are generally used for low-temperature storage and freezing storage.
