The construction steps of plant anti-corrosion paint are divided into: surface treatment, spraying primer, spraying topcoat.

1. Surface treatment: firstly remove the rust on the steel structure, sandblasting, pickling and other methods can be used. At the same time, the welding place should be polished to make the metal sheet surface smooth. After the rust treatment is completed, the dust on the surface of the steel structure must be removed. Oil stains, etc., improve the adhesion of paint.

2. Spray primer: The primer is generally zinc-rich primer, red lead antirust paint or iron red antirust paint. The paint should be configured according to the requirements to control the paint viscosity. When spraying, it should move evenly from left to right to prevent the paint layer from being too thick.

3. Spraying the topcoat: The topcoat can be sprayed only after the primer is dry. Roller coating, spraying and brushing can be used. The paint should be evenly applied and the layers should be criss-crossed to avoid missing brushes.
