A: Our system supports clear spans up to 60 meters without interior columns. Standard beams span 10-30 meters, while heavier girders can go longer for warehouses.
Q2: How does it save costs?
A: It saves money three ways-lighter foundations, faster installation, and no interior columns. This typically cuts 15-25% off total project costs compared to multi-span designs.
Q3: How do you control sagging (deflection)?
A: We use tapered frames, proper beam sizing, and set deflection limits. For spans over 35 meters, we add tie beams or knee braces to reduce the effective span without using floor columns.
Q4: What steel grades are available?
A: We offer ASTM A992 for the US, S355 for Europe, and Q355B for Asia. Stronger grades let us use lighter sections, which lowers steel weight and shipping costs.
Q5: How is corrosion protected?
A: For coastal or humid areas, we offer hot-dip galvanizing (lasts 20–30 years) or weathering steel (Corten). For indoor use, epoxy paint works well and lasts 10–15 years.
