These panels fully utilize the unique properties of their core materials, delivering excellent performance in fire resistance, thermal insulation, and sound absorption. Three core options are available: pure rock wool, PU-edged rock wool, and PU-edged glass wool.
Product features
☆Fire Performance
The rock wool core is a non-combustible material with a melting point exceeding 1000°C, effectively blocking flame spread and minimizing fire damage.
☆Thermal Insulation
Rock wool has low thermal conductivity (0.043 W/m·K), providing good insulation. Excellent joint design ensures a tight seal and optimal thermal performance.
☆Sound Insulation
With a sound insulation rating of ≥30 dB, it effectively reduces external noise.
☆Water/Air Tightness
PU-edged tongue-and-groove joints prevent water ingress. Internally sealed connections maintain excellent air tightness.
