A1. For a standard 1,000㎡ warehouse, our lead time is usually 20 to 25 working days after deposit confirmation. Shipping time depends on your port, roughly 15 to 30 days by sea. We can expedite if you have a tight schedule.

Q2. Can you provide a shipping cost estimate to my nearest port, and is the kit packed in containers or bulk?

A2. Yes, we can quote shipping to any major port. Please share your port name and postal code. For kits under 1,500㎡, we recommend container packing to avoid damage. Larger orders can go bulk with waterproof tarpaulin wrapping. Both options are available.

Q3. Do you offer installation drawings and step-by-step guides, or do we need to hire local engineers?

A3. We provide full erection drawings, assembly manuals, and 3D installation videos. Most clients use our guides and hire local labor for assembly. Remote technical support via video call is also included at no extra cost.

Q4. What is the maximum wind and snow load this kit can handle for my region?

A4. Our standard design handles wind loads up to 0.6 kN/m² and snow loads up to 0.5 kN/m². If your region has higher requirements, we can customize the frame with thicker steel or additional bracing. Just send us your local building code, and we will adjust accordingly.
