What is EPS Sandwich Panels?
EPS (Polystyrene) Sandwich Panels are composed of three layers. The external and internal layers are two dyed corrugated plates made from galvanized steel or aluminum. These metal skins provide structural strength, weather resistance, and a finished appearance. The core layer is Polystyrene (EPS) rigid foam, which delivers lightweight thermal insulation, sound absorption, and moisture resistance. All three layers are permanently bonded together to form a rigid composite panel. This structure is widely used for walls, roofs, and partitions in prefabricated buildings, cold storage rooms, and warehouses.
