In the morning, we drove to the airport to meet the customer delegation from Cameroon. The main purpose of this trip was to visit our light steel villa factory and C-shaped steel production line. The customer showed great interest in new building materials. During the on-site inspection of the factory, we explained in detail the advantages, production process and quality control system of light steel structure. The customer stopped from time to time to watch the equipment running and had in-depth exchanges with the engineers on technical details.
After the visit, we invited the customer to the company's reception room. In the mist of tea fragrance, the business manager systematically introduced our product series and overseas project experience through product manuals and case videos. During the conversation, the customer shared the characteristics of the local construction market in Cameroon, and the two sides discussed potential cooperation directions. It is worth mentioning that during the business negotiations, we also showed the Chinese tea ceremony culture to the guests, and the customer also enthusiastically introduced the traditional African hospitality etiquette. This cross-cultural exchange added a warm color to the business negotiations.
This inspection not only allowed the customer to intuitively understand the manufacturing strength of our company, but also established a foundation of trust through cultural resonance. Before leaving, the customer clearly expressed his intention to cooperate, and the two sides agreed to come again after placing an order to discuss the specific order details. We look forward to working with our Cameroonian partners to jointly develop the African market.
