The production department schedules production based on order tasks, assigning key milestones to each production line and workstation, implementing closed-loop management of "incoming inspection process inspection outgoing inspection." From steel columns and wall panels to various accessories, the production progress of each component is monitored in real time to ensure on-time project delivery.

Production Safety

Safety is the prerequisite for production. In routine inspections, Yumisteel focuses on checking fire and explosion prevention measures in welding areas, the safety of hoisting heavy components, and the proper installation of electrical wiring. Meanwhile, considering the characteristics of containerized housing shipping, before loading, it is necessary to check the integrity of the sealing strips and locking rods, and to take appropriate moisture-proof measures to ensure the safety of the products during long-distance sea transport.

Production Standards

Yumisteel's standardized production workshop has multiple dedicated areas for steel columns, wall panels, welding, and spraying. All processes are strictly carried out according to the work instructions. Before production, technical briefings must be completed to ensure that each step meets the design document requirements; only after the previous process has passed inspection can the next process begin. For core components such as wall panels, peel tests are conducted daily to check the core material bonding strength, ensuring that the metal panels and insulation core layer are fully bonded and evenly distributed, eliminating the risk of delamination.

Production Quality

Quality inspection is carried out throughout every process. Yumisteel's daily inspections revolve around four core aspects: core material bonding strength, joint alignment accuracy, surface flatness, and dimensional accuracy. Inspectors use precision rulers and digital levels to scan each panel for undulations and warping, ensuring even stress distribution and waterproof sealing after installation. The length, width, thickness, and diagonal squareness of each panel are rigorously measured, and any minute deviation is immediately marked and corrected. Furthermore, product certificates (such as CE, ISO9001, SGS material reports, and fire resistance test certificates) are included in daily verification to ensure that all products leaving the factory are fully certified.
