Recently, Yumisteel's order volume has continued to grow, accompanied by frequent technical challenges in the production process.In order to systematically deal with these problems, we urgently convened the relevant technical backbone of the production line and held a special technical analysis meeting to sort out the root causes of the problem, clarify the responsible links, and gather the wisdom of the team to formulate effective countermeasures.The meeting focused on the current core bottlenecks affecting production efficiency and product quality, emphasizing the promotion of technological breakthroughs through collaborative analysis.

At the meeting, the production team and the technical department reviewed the production schedule, process execution details and equipment operating conditions item by item around specific orders.Through data comparison and on-site case analysis, we accurately located a number of key technical issues, including insufficient material pretreatment efficiency, welding parameter optimization space, and unbalanced assembly line collaborative beat.After full discussion,the meeting clarified three immediate improvement plans：

●First, optimize the cutting programming to improve material utilization；

●The second is to adjust the welding sequence and the ratio of protective gas to stabilize the quality of the weld.

●The third is to re-plan the team handover process to reduce the standby time of the equipment.

All programs designate the person responsible and set a trial schedule.

The results of this meeting were remarkable. Not only did it systematically solve the technical contradictions exposed in the current production, but it also established a rapid response mechanism of “problem as soon as it is solved, analysis as deep, and solution as soon as it is implemented”.Through the standardization of technical details and the implementation of solutions, the overall stability of the production line has been improved, which has laid a solid technical foundation for the efficient completion of intensive order tasks in the future.Through this collaborative research, the team has further strengthened its common awareness of data-driven production and technology-based quality assurance.
