Yumisteel Internal Sharing: Container House Product Knowledge

2026-05-20

Recently, Alina, the manager at Yumisteel, specifically arranged for her business colleague Connie to conduct an internal product knowledge sharing session on Container Houses. Connie has extensive frontline business experience within the company, especially in depth understanding of various product details, common customer questions, and practical issues in the shipping process. The purpose of this sharing session was clear: to enable everyone to systematically grasp the core selling points of the product, while reducing potential problems in subsequent order execution, thereby improving overall service quality and customer satisfaction.

In her sharing, Connie first divided Container Houses into several main types: Quick-assemble container houses, Flat-packed container houses, Folding container houses, Flat-packed folding container houses, and Expandable container houses. She analyzed the characteristics of each type one by one for example, Quick assemble containers save on return freight costs and are suitable for temporary campsites; Flat-packed container houses can be used for small villas or offices; Expandable container houses are more robust and durable, suitable for long-term living. Next, she specifically emphasized key points to note during shipment: Quick-assemble container houses must use steel pallets and corner protectors; before loading, check that the sealing strips and locking rods are intact; and during sea freight, pay attention to moisture protection and stacking restrictions. She also showcased certificates commonly requested by customers, including CE, ISO9001, SGS material reports, and fire resistance test certificates. Finally, she clearly outlined the differences in cost, installation time, lifespan, and applicable scenarios for various container houses in a comparative table, making everything readily apparent.

This internal sharing session was truly practical. It not only helped everyone review and solidify their product knowledge of container houses, but more importantly, Connie analyzed the causes and solutions for actual shipping problems that had occurred in past orders—such as panel scratches due to inadequate packaging, customer returns due to outdated certificate versions, and missing accessories when mixing different models. These experiences will greatly help us better serve customers, avoid pitfalls, and improve our professionalism in the future. Everyone unanimously hopes for more such practical internal sharing sessions in the future.
