Cold-rolled: Hot rolled steel coil is used as raw material, and the scale is removed by pickling and then cold continuous rolling. The finished product is a hard rolled coil. The strength and hardness of the hard rolled coil are increased due to continuous cold deformation due to its cold work hardening The toughness plastic index drops, so the stamping performance will deteriorate and can only be used for simple deformed parts. Hard-rolled coils can be used as raw materials for hot-dip galvanizing plants. Because hot-dip galvanizing units are equipped with annealing lines, the weight of hard-rolled coils is generally 6 to 13.5 tons. The steel coil is continuously rolled at normal temperature on the hot-rolled pickled coil with an inner diameter of 610 mm. Cold rolling is processed and rolled on the basis of hot-rolled coils. Generally speaking, it is a processing project such as hot rolling-pickling-cold rolling. Cold rolling is processed from hot-rolled sheet at room temperature. Although the steel plate will be heated during rolling because of rolling, it is still called cold rolling.
