Sandwich panel definition

A sandwich panel is a product used to clad the walls and roofs of buildings. Each panel comprises a core of thermal insulating material, skinned on both sides with sheet metal. Sandwich panels are not structural materials but curtain materials. The structural forces are carried by the steel framework or other carrier frame to which the sandwich panels are attached.  Our company have four material type sandwich panel :Rockwool ,Pu ,Eps ,Glass .Those  materials mainly vary in their thermal insulating performance, sound insulating performance, reaction to fire and weight.

Our sandwich panels are often used as wall panels for container hosue , which can be polyurethane sandwich panels, rock wool sandwich panels, or foam. This is the effect picture of the wall panel and the overall effect picture.
pu sandwich panel have very good thermal insulation and waterproof functions. They are second only to rock wool in fire resistance and are the king of sandwich panels. Although it will be more expensive in terms of price, its effect is well known. In the container house application, if the customer has higher requirements for wall panels, we will recommend him to use polyurethane wall panels
Speaking of rockwool sandwich panel , we know the best fire protection effect. It is the king of fire protection circles, and it is in the second position among sandwich panels. It is second to polyurethane in price, and is more often used in prefab container house applications.
