According to scientist, north polar-Arctic Circle where covered by ice frozen for million years has melt for decades now. This leads to raise of sea level which further cause other problem from happening. According to data website CO2 emission has been exponential growth.

As this become a problem, most country governments has propose some sort of carbon dioxide related policies to achieve a less CO2 release future. For example Chinese government had set up a plan for a balance of CO2 release and absorption in 15 years. The most significant procedure is reducing of low level manufacture industry, which cost the least but release the most CO2.

Other than CO2 emission, there are also recycle problem. Traditional concrete house need to be fully disassembled for recycle of rebar. Container house is much easier for recycle after use.
