Floor bearing sheet

It also called profiled steel sheet, load bearing sheet, steel floor bearing sheet. The earliest name is called profiled steel sheet, a collective term for all steel sheets that are formed by pressing machine. The floor decking sheet is formed by galvanized steel sheet through rolling and cold bending. Its cross-section is V-shaped, U-shaped, trapezoidal or similar. It is mainly used as a permanent formwork, and can also be selected for other uses. Currently, the floor decking sheets are mainly divided into: opened-type floor bearing sheet, closed-type floor bearing sheet, dovetail floor bearing sheet(also called shrinkage floor bearing sheet).

Features

The length of the overhang can be determined according to the cross-sectional characteristics of the floor slab. In order to prevent the cracking of the cantilever plate, it is necessary to match the negative ribs at the support from the design of the structural engineer.

Steel bar truss deck

This kind of floor bearing sheet is that, processing the steel bars which in the floor slab to be steel bar truss using imported equipment in the factory, and then the steel bar truss and galvanized steel sheet are welded to be a combined formwork in the factory.

The formwork system combines the steel bars that from the concrete floor slab with the construction formwork to form a load-bearing member. It can withstand the weight of the wet concrete and the construction load during the construction phase, and this member can be used as a lateral support for the steel beam during the construction phase. During the use phase, the steel truss and concrete work together to withstand the service load.

Features

- The stress mode of the truss floor slab and combination mode are reasonable, with overall rigidity of the cast-in-place concrete, and it can easily complete the construction and usage of the two-way slab

- During the construction, the beam spacing is more than 3 meters, and the ordinary profiled sheets basically need to be temporarily supported; the maximum unsupported spacing of the steel truss formwork can reach more than 5 meters.

- It does not need to reinforce the truss deck sheet if opening holes on it,and it is convenient to laying of machine wires and pipes.

- The steel sheet does not participate in the force, no need of fire-resistant and anti-corrosion coatings, and does not need to worry about repairing problems after fire. It is safe and economical, the bottom of the sheet is flat, the net height is guaranteed, the two-way rigidity of the floor is consistent, and the seismic performance is good, the spacing of steel bar and the thickness of the concrete protective layer are guaranteed.

- The design and construction of the two-way board are simple and convenient. It is suitable for large-span workshops. The coating is reasonable, the welding quality of the pegs is reliable, the end does not need penetration welding, and the floor has good shear resistance.
