The modular container house consists of a roof ,a foundation , columns and wall panels . It used the modular concept and technology . Every part is normal ,we can assemble them easily . And the house can be combined like building blocks ,to make the building different shape .Now days the tendency, worldwide, is to take into more and more account problems that in the past has often been neglected to keep up with the continuous development necessary for the economic grow.
These problems are mainly regarding SAFETY and SUSTAINABILITY of producing and living habits.

The floor plan can be adjusted by client’s request. Meanwhile, the external looking can be revised by client’s options. All details can be discussed with us.
Compared to flat packed type, the roof and floor part are already made in our workshop, all the material of quick assembled type are scattered, this requires customer to install all the part at site.The advantage is the cost is more competitive than flat packed type.

If it’s flat packed container houses at standard size, we can load max 6 sets.

Delivery time for special designs and colors: 15-20 days ;
Delivery term: FOB/CIF/CFR/DDP is available.
