A2. We provide several options: single-layer corrugated steel sheets, insulated sandwich panels (EPS, Rockwool, or PU foam), and standing seam metal roofs. For hot climates, we recommend PU panels with reflective coating. For cold regions, Rockwool insulation with vapor barrier works best. We can also mix materials based on your local weather.

A3. We design according to international standards like AISC, GB, or Eurocode. However, final local permit approval is typically your responsibility. We support you by providing all necessary stamped calculations, shop drawings, and material test certificates. We can also adjust our design to match your local code requirements if you share the specific regulations with us.

Q4. Can I add features like overhead cranes, mezzanine floors, or large roll-up doors later, or must they be installed during initial construction?

A4. We strongly recommend installing crane beams and mezzanine supports during the initial build because they affect column and foundation design. Roll-up door openings can be pre-framed even if you install the doors later. Just tell us your future expansion plans now, and we will reinforce the frame accordingly at minimal extra cost.

Q5. What is your minimum order quantity for a custom design, and do you offer a sample project reference?

A5. We have no strict MOQ for custom buildings, but we typically start at 500m² for efficient production. We can show you reference projects of similar size and use, including warehouses, workshops, and retail stores. Photos, videos, and even client contact references are available upon request.
