What is PU Sandwich Panels?
Polyurethane Sandwich Panel, also known as PU Panel, is a composite material composed of three layers of polyurethane foam sandwiched between two metal side skins.
PU Sandwich Panels (Polyurethane Sandwich Panels) are prefabricated building materials consisting of two metal facings (typically steel or aluminum) bonded to a rigid polyurethane foam core. They are widely used for walls and roofs in industrial, commercial, and cold storage construction due to their superior thermal insulation (λ=0.022-0.028 W/mK), lightweight properties, and fast installation. PU panels meet international fire safety standards (e.g., EN 13501-1 Class B) while providing moisture resistance and structural stability.
