This ensures the bonding adhesive between metal facings and insulation core is fully activated and evenly distributed, eliminating delamination risks under real world loads.

We also prioritize geometric precision. Each panel's joining edges are carefully inspected to confirm tongue-and-groove or lap joints are perfectly aligned and flush. Misaligned connections compromise thermal continuity and create installation weak points.
