In this Congo project, Yumisteel provided a complete sandwich panel system solution:

Core Building Envelope System Configuration:

☆Roof Panel System:50mm thick polyurethane sandwich panels (Class B1 fire rating), with color steel sheets featuring HDP high-weather-resistance coating on both sides.

☆Wall Panel System: 50mm thick rock wool sandwich panels (Class A fire rating), with the top sheet using 0.6mm thick wind-pressure-resistant color steel sheets.

☆Ancillary Systems: Specialized concealed fixings, EPDM composite sealing strips, and thermal break self-drilling screw systems.

Yumisteel developed custom packaging and shipping for sandwich panels:

☆Each panel is fully wrapped in PE protective film, with cushioning layers placed between panels.

☆Wall panels are packaged using vertical framing systems, while roof panels are stacked horizontally on specialized pallets.

☆Ancillary systems are modularly packed in boxes according to the installation sequence, each equipped with a QR code identification system.

☆Containers are fitted with temperature and humidity monitoring devices to track cargo conditions throughout the journey.

☆Three-dimensional loading optimization software was utilized to achieve 97% space utilization efficiency.
