Salvadoran Clients Visit Yumisteel for Cold Storage Panel Project

At 9:00 AM, a delegation of Salvadoran clients arrived at Yumisteel factory. Accompanied by our technical director, they first toured the cold storage panel production workshop. We showcased the fully automated polyurethane foaming production line, high-precision panel cutting equipment, and double-sided color steel forming machine. The clients showed great interest in the continuous laminator's operating efficiency and temperature control system, frequently stopping to inquire about the equipment's daily capacity and energy consumption. Our technicians also demonstrated the automatic locking process for the panel edges, and the clients carefully examined the sample cross-section, affirming the foaming density and surface smoothness. Through close observation of the complete process from raw material input to finished product output, the clients gained a direct understanding of our equipment level and process control capabilities.

 

After the tour, both parties moved to the conference room for in-depth discussions on the cold storage panel project. The clients first introduced the characteristics of the local cold chain market in El Salvador, emphasizing the requirements for rust prevention and thermal insulation performance of the panels in high-humidity and high-temperature environments. Based on the project drawings provided by the client, we recommended 100mm thick, double-sided laminated color steel B1-grade flame-retardant cold storage panels, and provided detailed mechanical performance data and installation details. Subsequently, both parties exchanged opinions on the specifications, quantity, delivery date, and packaging method for the initial trial order. The client also inquired about reinforcement measures for sea freight export, and we presented past shipping cases and packing solutions from Central America, allaying their concerns.

Meeting venue

The entire discussion proceeded in a frank and efficient atmosphere, with both parties reaching several consensuses on technical parameters and commercial terms. The client expressed appreciation for our professional response speed and customized service, and proactively requested to initiate the sample confirmation process as soon as possible. Before leaving, both parties took a group photo and agreed to conduct online technical discussions next month. This visit not only deepened mutual trust but also laid a solid foundation for long-term cooperation. We look forward to working with our El Salvadoran partners to jointly develop the Central American cold chain market.
