☆ Panel development history:

Originally we had one customer who wanted to build one power plant,and asked us to offer him soundproof rockwool sandwich panels in 100mm. But finally this customer chose more cheaper type.So Yumisteel hold the development of PU sealing rockwool soundproof panels.

In March,2019,customer from Chile contacted us for same type soundproof sandwich panels in 60mm,therefore,we made trial production and did it finally successfully.

☆ Panel type:

This is PU sealing rockwool roof sandwich panels,with 4 ribs and overlap joint.Our customer ordered exterior steel sheets with SMP coating in 0.75mm thickness,and interior steel sheets in 0.50mm.We have wide panel thickness range for your choices:50/ 60/ 75/ 100/ 150/ 200mm.

☆ Panel soundproof test report:

In order to make quality sandwich panels for our customer,the technical department and the production department of Yumisteel,tested 30 times for over 48 hours,finally we broke through various technical problems and finding a special kind.The lining material, after the panel is lined with this special environmentally-friendly sound-insulating layer, produces a polyurethane-covered rockwool roofing sound absorbing panel with good adhesion and conforms to national standards, and the sound insulation amount reaches the sound insulation of sound absorption RW≥35. And issued an inspection report for the customer.
