What is hot-dip galvanized steel structure ?

How the Process Works

☆Surface Preparation

The steel is thoroughly cleaned to remove any dirt, oil, or rust that could interfere with the coating.

☆Melting

The steel components are then immersed in a bath of molten zinc, heated to approximately 450°C (840°F).

☆ Metallurgical Reaction

A chemical reaction between the molten zinc and the steel creates a series of zinc-iron alloy layers.

☆ Outer Layer

A final layer of pure zinc forms on top of the alloy layers, creating a complete protective coating.
