The roof & wall color steel sheets are installed after the roof rafters and wall beams are installed finished. Generally, the wall color steel plate is installed first, then install the roof color steel plate, it is good to the connection of cornice.

The color steel plate is installed with a hidden connection and a self-tapping screw connection two ways.

The way of hidden connection is use the bracket to fix the color steel plate on the purlin, and the edge of the color steel plate is use lock forming machine to lock color steel plates or by the waterproof adhesive to glue (this method is only applicable to the roof system).

The way of self-tapping screw connection is use the screws to fix the color steel plate directly on the roof rafter or wall beam. When the color steel plate needs to be lengthened in the longitudinal direction, is connected by self-tapping screws and use waterproof adhesive to seal.
